1. Who we are
AskJASP operates askjasp.com to support inference testing for FromZero, an open-source small-model project on Hugging Face.
2. Authentication (Clerk)
Authentication is provided by Clerk. When you sign up or log in, your email address and authentication data are handled through Clerk, not stored as passwords on AskJASP servers. Clerk may process:
- Email address and account identifiers
- Sign-in, sign-out, and verification events
- Session and security data to protect your account

3. AI prompts and responses
AI prompts and responses are not stored permanently by AskJASP. We do not keep a chat history, message archive, or long-term log of your model inputs and outputs. Data is processed in memory for the active request only.
4. Security logs
Security logs may be retained for abuse prevention. Our hosting and CDN providers may record limited technical data such as IP address, request time, browser type, and error events. We use this to secure the Service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues — not to profile your inference content.
5. Cookies
Clerk uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use cookies to store your prompts or model outputs.
6. How we protect data
We take reasonable measures to protect the Service, including:
- HTTPS encryption in transit
- Authentication delegated to Clerk
- Restricted server access
- Not permanently storing AI prompts or responses
No system is 100% secure. We work to protect your information as much as reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data may be shared with:
- Clerk — authentication and account management
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, CDN, and security
- Authorities — when required by law
8. Account deletion
Users can request account deletion. Email [email protected] or reach us on the FromZero Discord. Account data held by Clerk can also be managed through your Clerk account settings where available.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
