1. Acceptance
By using AskJASP at askjasp.com, you agree to these Terms. AskJASP is built to support FromZero, an open-source small-model project. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AskJASP provides tools to test inference for small AI models developed with FromZero. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
3. Provided as-is
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
4. No uptime guarantee
We aim to keep AskJASP running, but we make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or changes may occur without notice.
5. Accounts
Accounts are managed by Clerk. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
6. Your messages
Prompts and inputs are processed to return a result. AskJASP does not persistently store your messages, prompts, or model outputs.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Run automated attacks, scraping, or abuse that overloads the Service
- Bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures
- Generate malware or content intended to cause harm
8. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users or infrastructure — with or without notice where reasonably necessary.
9. AI outputs
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Outputs are for testing and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you use any output.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskJASP and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service uses third parties including Clerk (authentication) and hosting providers. Their terms and policies apply to those parts of your experience.
